sculpture - printmaking workshop
for children 6+
In this workshop we learn the basic principles of sculpture and experiment with materials like clay, wood, hard cardboard and many more.
We shall observe how an idea about an object we wish to create comes into life and becomes a tangible thing before us!
The children use their imagination to learn step-by-step how they can make a sculpture out of a piece of wood or some old cardboard and other materials.

Yannis Harikleous
Born in Athens in 1995, he is a senior student at the School of Fine Arts of Thessaloniki and has attended the drawing and painting workshops of Michailidis-Kapnisis and Panayotis Beldekos and the Ornerakis school of applied arts. He has also taken part in seminars on lithography, silkscreen, typography and traditional Japanese woodcut. He has provided voluntary work at the special vocational high school of Egaleo, teaching printmaking and painting. He has taught drawing and painting to children and adults.
