The Baby Club at Fougaro
Tiny book lovers meet at the Kid's Library of Fougaro and take part in a circle of activities designed to introduce them to books and the Library, while they play and laugh together… In this way, reading becomes a beloved habit and a natural part of children’s everyday life from an early age!

On the occasion of World Poetry Day (March 21), we read a special book: “Here’s a Poem That Heals Fish” by Jean-Pierre Siméon, illustrated by Olivier Tallec, published by Mikri Selini.
Little Arthur faces a very serious problem: his favorite fish, Léon, is in danger of dying… from boredom! To save him, Arthur must discover what a poem is. And so begins a quest full of questions…
Through simple yet deeply poetic images, the book shows us that poetry is not a difficult definition, but a way of seeing the world: a moment, a feeling, the magic hidden in words.

We are reading the beloved children’s book “Lost” by Chris Haughton, who wrote the text and created the distinctive illustrations, published by Kokkinos.
A little owl falls out of her nest and gets lost in the forest. Fortunately, a kind—but slightly confused—squirrel decides to help her find her mother. But to succeed, he must first learn what her mother looks like!
A tender and humorous story for little children, full of colors, repetition, and sweet misunderstandings.
Can you describe your mother to someone who has never seen her before?

Pes-pes and Mia create a story together… What if Mia is a girl and Pes-pes is a little blue ladybug?
Storytelling takes at least two people: one to weave the story and another to encourage with “tell, tell!”
And so an adventure is born… because when you’re a child, you always have the same dream: to live an adventure!
