Children’s Workshops | Saturday Workshop
Fun artistic activities, play and learning accompany all the little friends of FOUGARO throughout the year!
—Saturday morning, every Workshop is a new creative adventure!
SATURDAY 26 SEPTEMBER — Painting on wood | Starry Sky
This workshop draws inspiration from the Exhibition Christos Bokoros | The Diaries, at FOUGARO’ S GALLERY.
SATURDAY 3 OCTOBER — Floral Geometric Compositions
On thick black cardboard, using small paper tesserae, we create two-colour, geometric floral compositions that will later decorate our room! We play with shapes, contrasts and rhythm, creating a unique work of our own.
SATURDAY 10 OCTOBER — The Colours of Autumn
On small canvases, we paint autumn landscapes and colours using watercolours. We let the colours guide us and capture our own image of autumn on the canvas.
SATURDAY 17 OCTOBER — Saying Goodbye to the World of Kosmas Lilikakis
Kosmas Lilikakis returns to FOUGARO and, on the occasion of the completion of his exhibition “SEQUEL COME BACK!”, joins forces with Giannis Charikleous for a special workshop! One final meeting with the work and the world of the exhibition, through the eyes and imagination of children.
SATURDAY 24 OCTOBER — My Own Flag!
Our national celebration is approaching! We invite children to paint their own flag —what does it represent to us?— using acrylic paints on fabric or paper. An opportunity to talk about what we love, what unites us and what we would like our own flag to symbolise.
SATURDAY 31 OCTOBER — “Fougaro, I Love You!”
On the occasion of FOUGARO’s 14th birthday, we invite children to create a collective street-art artwork to celebrate together! Each one leaves their own mark and together we create a large, colourful “gift” for FOUGARO.
