Easter at FOUGARO! 3 Festive Craft Workshops

As the Easter holidays approach, three themed workshops at FOUGARO, guided by visual artist Giannis Charikleous, offer the perfect opportunity for our young visitors to experiment with different materials, colors, and techniques, drawing inspiration from tradition. Easter eggs, candles, and a special collective activity are just the… starting points for developing skills, having fun, laughing, and enjoying creative time!

Because Easter at FOUGARO is about creativity, sharing, and small moments that turn into big memories!

Saturday 4 April 2026 | 11am – 12.30pm & 12 – 2pm
Let’s make craft Easter eggs!

Young creators grab scissors, glue, and cardboard to make colorful craft eggs: they paint them, decorate them, and turn them into their own little works of art!

Through craft techniques, we experiment with materials, express ourselves freely, create without strict rules, allowing our imagination to guide us!

A hands-on experience that encourages creativity, bringing children closer to the joy of crafting and transforming every small idea into something unique.

And… if the weather allows, the magic continues outdoors!

We head to the PLAZA and decorate the FOUGARO’ S olive tree with our colorful eggs—a collective Easter artwork full of color, fun and vibrancy!

Small Easter creations from beeswax!

Imagine small, colorful works of art made with love, natural beeswax, imagination and creativity!

In this workshop, we will shape, color, and create unique forms, playing with the scents, textures, and colors of wax.

An ideal craft experience for young artists who love to experiment, try new techniques, and see their ideas come to life before their eyes.

It’s an opportunity to discover the joy of creating with their hands, express themselves freely, and make something unique they will remember.

And the best part? They can take it home to share their joy with family and friends.

Easter Candles!

Easter is approaching, and it’s time to create our own unique candles!

Children will make and decorate their own Easter candles, using craft techniques that enhance creativity and fine motor skills.

Through this process, they will experiment with materials, techniques, and textures, giving a personal touch to each creation. Each candle becomes a unique handmade piece that will—literally—light up their Easter moments!

Participation offers a hands-on experience, combining tradition and creativity in a special festive workshop that encourages expression and practical engagement with materials.
