Baby Club!
Our young book lovers come together at the KIDS' LIBRARY of FOUGARO and take part in a cycle of activities to get to know books through play, so that reading becomes a favourite habit and part of their daily life.
We teach our children how to be proper readers from a tender age, to love books and reading and to use library facilities. Activities that involve all the senses encourage the children's physical and emotional expression, while sounds, various materials, colours, physical communication or even dance become the tools to liberate their creativity.
The action always starts from a fairy tale, followed by experiential activities in which parents take an active part.
Dimitra Zisimatou
Βorn in 1989 in Athens, her love for children and theater led her to study at the Department of Theatre Studies at the University of the Peloponnese, from where she graduated. She is a certified Sensory Play Facilitator (Messy, Sensory, Clay Play) by the Association of Sensory Education & Therapy of Greece and Cyprus. Since 2022, she has been collaborating with FOUGARO ARTCENTER, designing and implementing emotion-focused workshops, as well as theatrical and sensory play activities.
